What documents do I need to rent a car in Demo City?

A valid driver's license from your country in Latin characters is accepted; no international permit is needed. The main driver must be at least 23 years old and have held the license for one year or more.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. Reservations paid at the office can be cancelled at no cost. Online prepayments are refunded in full when cancelled before the deadline in our cancellation policy, and you can change your dates. Cancellation and refund policy
Does my credit card insurance replace the rental coverage?
Credit card benefits never include the third-party liability required in Mexico, and most exclude Mexican rentals entirely. Our Medium and Full coverages protect the car, third parties and passengers with no surprises at the counter.
